Hw to cook Dal Chawal

Ingradients :

  • 1/2kg chawal 
  • Salt to taste 
  • Cumin 1/2 spoon 
  • Black pepper 4nos
  • Clove 3nos
  • Water 200ml.
For Dal

  • 1/2kg dal
  • Red chilli powder 1/2 spoon
  • Turmeric 1/2 spoon
  • Salt to taste 
  • Corinder powder 1/2 spoon 
  • Bayleaf 2nos
  • Tomato 1 chopped 
  • Onion chopped 1 table spoon 
  • Cumin 1/2 spoon
Procedure :

  • Take a pan add one table oil to heat 
  • Add cumin &all spices in it.
  • Add ginger onion &all spices paste in it
  • Till sqweez the oil from it
  • Then add 2 glass of water in it after that
  • Add rinse off masoor dal in it
  • Salt in to it
  • Now close the lid of pan upto 15 min
  • Take pan add a spoon of oil in it
  • Then add chopped onion tomato curry leave in it till roast 
  • After that open lid of pan &pour the fried spices in it
  • Dal is ready to serve
  • Keep a pan on stove
  • Add oil in it
  • Now split the spice in it
  • Then add two glass of water in it
  • Add rinse off rise in it till steamed 
  • Take a plate put rise in it
  • It's ready to eat.
