Spacial Turmeric rice....

Delecious Spicy Turmeric Tomatoes Rice
Ingradients :

  • Rice 200grm. 
  • Tomatoes 2nos.
  • Green chilli 5nos.
  • Ginger one inch peas.
  • Garlic 5 Clove. 
  • Onion 1.
  • Turmeric 1/2 teaspoon. 
  • Red mirch powder 1 table spoon. 
  • Corinder powder 1 teaspoon. 
  • Water 400ml.
  • Salt .
  • Cumin 1/2spoon.
  • Clove 5.
  • Cinnamon stick 1.
  • Peper 5.
  • Bayleaf 1.
Preparation:

Soak rice for 1/2 hour.After that put a vessel on a gas.Pour mustered oil in it 1 table spoon. Then add spice cumin, Bayleaf, &all spice for 2min.
Then paste of garlic,ginger paste in it till 15 min.Add tomatoes &green chilli in it till extract the oil separation from in it.Then add water till boiling.After that add rice after rinse water from it.Now add salt according to your taste.Mix properly. Then leave it for cooked the rice for 30 min.Open the lid of vessel check the rice absorbed all water in it ,Then garnish with green corinder leave.


Then served it in a plate and start to eat this delecious Spicy rice.

Hw to cook Dal Chawal

Ingradients :

  • 1/2kg chawal 
  • Salt to taste 
  • Cumin 1/2 spoon 
  • Black pepper 4nos
  • Clove 3nos
  • Water 200ml.
For Dal

  • 1/2kg dal
  • Red chilli powder 1/2 spoon
  • Turmeric 1/2 spoon
  • Salt to taste 
  • Corinder powder 1/2 spoon 
  • Bayleaf 2nos
  • Tomato 1 chopped 
  • Onion chopped 1 table spoon 
  • Cumin 1/2 spoon
Procedure :

  • Take a pan add one table oil to heat 
  • Add cumin &all spices in it.
  • Add ginger onion &all spices paste in it
  • Till sqweez the oil from it
  • Then add 2 glass of water in it after that
  • Add rinse off masoor dal in it
  • Salt in to it
  • Now close the lid of pan upto 15 min
  • Take pan add a spoon of oil in it
  • Then add chopped onion tomato curry leave in it till roast 
  • After that open lid of pan &pour the fried spices in it
  • Dal is ready to serve
  • Keep a pan on stove
  • Add oil in it
  • Now split the spice in it
  • Then add two glass of water in it
  • Add rinse off rise in it till steamed 
  • Take a plate put rise in it
  • It's ready to eat.

Pease rice

Ingradients :

  • Rice1/2kg
  • Green pease 1/2kg
  • 1/2 onion moon cut
  • Cumin seed 1/4 spoon
  • Cardimon 3
  • Cinnamon 3
  • Clove 3
  • Green chilli 
Preparation :

  • Add 20ml oil in a pan.
  • Keep the pan on  heat
  • Add cumin seed,Cardimon,cinnamon,cloves in it.
  • In this oil light brown the onion in it
  • Pour the green pease in it for 2min
  • After that add 300ml water until boiled
  • Add green chilli 
  • Add rinse rice with rice in it  till steamed 
  • Serve it
  • Garnish with choped mint leaves
